Three decades ago my climbing journey started. Alpine climbing, Ice climbing, Sport climbing Trad climbing, competitions: I tried them all until I made a radical change in my climbing approach back in 1999. After the first visit in Ticino, bouldering became my true passion. I thank God that he put the mountains into my heart; I thank God that the fire is still burning and the hunger for climbing remains nevertheless. A mindful body is strong and motivated to move mountains. As s a professional athlete I learned a lot about myself and the body. Soon I will share these insights with those people who are interested in a more holistic view of sport.
Three decades ago Black Diamond was born from Chouinard Equipment. Peter Metcalf, Maria Cranor and the employees of Chouinard Equipment took over in 1989 and changed the name to Black Diamond. I am vey proud to announce my new partnership with BLACK DIAMOND, a company committed to designing and engineering the most innovative mountain equipment in the world, a company with passion for innovations.
